When arriving to Cuba visitors must possess a valid passport and the corresponding Tourist Card (Visa). The Tourist card will either be provided by your airline company or must be paid seperatly.

Your airport should be José Martí (La Habana).
I have booked a transfer, what do I have to do?
Our colleagues will welcome you at the airport in the arrival hall. Please look for our representative with a Sprachcaffe sign and your name in the arrival hall.

I DON´T have a transfer, what do I have to do?
Your accommodation address in La Habana is stated in your voucher. We recommend to take a taxi from the airport to your accommodation which will cost about 25 CUC (its advisable to fix the price before you get on the taxi). The distance between the airport and the Sprachcaffe facilities is about 30km. Public transportin Cuba is unfortunately unreliable.
What is the currency on Cuba?
Currency changes took effect from Nov 8th 2004. The American Dollar is no longer accepted in Cuba. You must buy 'pesos convertibles' so called CUC at the airport, banks or at Money Exchange Offices.
